Why is it important for us to involve the voices of new Lviv residents who settled in the city while fleeing the war in the creation of audio walks? Why did we create the project Living the City: Stories and Routes?

Last week, we had our first meetings with the participants of the project “Living the City: Stories and Routes” at the exhibition and event space of the Home of Sound.

The playwright curators met the storytellers and have already begun to collect the first stories. Despite the cold, it was very warm and cozy. We look forward to the next meeting for fruitful work.

The project was implemented by the Lviv Cultural Center in cooperation with Lviv Radio LPE as part of the Culture Helps program.

“Culture Helps” is a project co-funded by the European Union under a special call for proposals to support Ukrainian displaced persons and the Ukrainian cultural and creative sectors. The project is implemented by Insha Osvita (UA) and zusa (DE).
